The Foundation for Baltimore County Public Library said it raised about $50,000 at its recent Taste of the Town fundraiser, which was held at the Towson branch.
The money raised helps support the library’s two Storyville locations, summer reading programs, and other activities throughout the system.
“We are thrilled to have the support of the community and our loyal customers who attend Taste of the Town,” said Foundation director Linda Frederick. “The Foundation for Baltimore County Public Library relies heavily on this annual fundraiser to support various projects throughout the library system.”
