Mason’s Famous Lobster Rolls coming to Belvedere Square

Belvedere Square will soon be home to a franchise location of Mason’s Famous Lobster Rolls.

Mason’s is based in Annapolis and has company-run locations there and in Rehoboth Beach, as well as another franchise location at National Harbor.

“Lobster rolls are a growing trend,” said Mason’s owner Dan Beck. “This is a good neighborhood and Belvedere Square is always busy, and we think it’s the right crowd for lobster rolls.”

All the lobsters are from the waters off Maine, he said, which is also where they are processed.

Beck said construction at Belvedere Square should finish this week, then inspections will take place. If all goes according to plan, they should open by mid to late November.
