A lot of signs like this one have popped up around the Towson area lately.
Luckily, it doesn’t mean a Wal-Mart or a high rise is in the works. Many of these are re-zoning proposals from Councilman David Marks that would make it harder to develop the properties by changing them from “density residential” to a “neighborhood commons” designation.
