Baltimore County Police say they have identified the driver of the car that drove off of a fourth-floor garage in Towson on March 14 as a 23-year-old who lives in the 900 block of Southerly Road in Towson.
They say she was pulling into a parking space when her car, an Audi Q5 SUV, went forward, crashed through the concrete barrier, and fell to the sidewalk below. She was not seriously injured during the crash.
During the investigation, officers obtained the surveillance video showing the sidewalk area.
