Baltimore County Police say they received a report of a Peeping Tom at about 9:00 PM on Thursday evening near the intersection of York Road and Bosley Avenue.
The man was reported to be looking into a lower-level apartment in the unit block of Dunvale Road, and he appeared to be masturbating. Police had officers on foot and in a helicopter looking for him, but he was not identified or caught. He was described in the police report as a Hispanic man, age 40-45 years old, about 5′ 10″ tall, and he was wearing a green jacket.
