Restaurant Week in Towson: What’s on the menu

Baltimore County Restaurant Week runs today through Feb. 3 with fixed-price menus that range from $15 to $35. Here’s what Towson restaurants have on the menu:

CAFE TROIA
Pesto a Patrizio ~ Almonds, pistacchio and pine-nuts ground with olive oil and mint then tossed with
spaghetti and a sprinkle of parmigiano.
Cassoulet ~ A hearty stew of duck, sausage, white beans, spinach, chopped prosciutto, wine and herbs.
Branzino A’Rosto ~ Filet of Branzino roasted in parchment paper with garlic, parsley, lemon and evoo.
Accompanied by roasted potatoes.
Maiale ~ Center cut pork loin roasted with vegetables, herbs and apples. Sided with roasted potatoes.

CUNNINGHAM’S
Shrimp and Grits: Cheddar grits, braised greens, bacon, roasted red pepper
Short Rib: Roasted garlic, pearl onions, mascarpone polenta
Crab Cake: Old bay and vinegar kettle chips, broccoli coleslaw, creamed corn
Sous Vide Chicken Breast: Country Gravy, root vegetables, thyme honey

NACHO MAMA’S
Jambalaya: Chicken, Shrimp, Chorizo Sausage, Red Onion, Peppers & Tomato simmered in a Cajun Broth over Green Rice
Mama’s Meatloaf: Meatloaf like you wish your Mom could make w/ Chorizo Sausage, Tomato Gravy, Whipped Potatoes & Veggies
Seafood Burrito: Shrimp, Scallops, Crab, Tomatoes and Smoked Gouda rolled in a Chili Tortilla served over Sticky Cilantro Rice topped with Cilantro Pesto Cream
Santa Fe Chicken: Cajun Panko encrusted, Feta Cheese Herb stuffed Chicken Breast topped with Chipotle Black Raspberry Demi and served with Whipped Potatoes and Veggies
Carmelized Salmon Truck Tacos: Corn Tortillas stuffed with Red Chili Sugar Salmon, Vinegar Slaw and Smoked Gouda with Green Rice & Black Beans

House made lemon ricotta gnudi with pan seared salmon, mushrooms, peas, bacon
