Towson Commons, former home of Border’s book store and a movie theater, has been sold for $18 million, the Maryland Daily Record is reporting.
Towson Commons is now anchored by LA Fitness and is home to a CVS, a Chiptole, Brown Rice and other shops and offices. It is next door to the planned Towson Row project.
