The Towson library says: Monday, September 25, will mark the start of a total roof replacement for Baltimore County Public Library’s Towson Branch. During the anticipated two-month project, the facility will maintain its regular operating schedule. While the branch will continue ‘business as usual,’ there will be periods of noise, vibrations and rattling, and of course, the smell of roofing materials and sealants. Customers with auditory and/or olfactory sensitivities are encouraged to visit the Cockeysville and Loch Raven branches.
