Chipotle preps for Towson Commons opening
Chipotle is opening in Towson Commons on Thursday, and the first 500 customers will get a free Izze beverage with the purchase of an entree. The restaurant is located on the Pennsylvania Avenue side of the building, just off York Road.
This is the latest opening for the development, which is also home to an LA Fitness and a Boho Nation clothing store and which formerly housed a movie theater and a Borders bookstore. Much of the space, however, is still vacant. It is next to the site of Towson Row, which has been idle for more than a year but that recently got a shot in the arm when developer Greenberg Gibbons agreed to partner with Caves Valley, the original firm behind the project.
On Thursday, Chipotle will be open during its regular business hours: 10:45 AM to 10 PM.
