From Captain Jay Landsman: I wanted to highlight a couple of cases in which we received outstanding cooperation from the community. This level of cooperation was instrumental in resolving these cases:
A juvenile suspect has been charged with the graffiti cases that occurred between the 26th and 28th of January. Some of the graffiti included swastikas and other racist or vulgar remarks. These cases were also connected to a burglary case at the Graul’s Wine and Spirit’s on January 30th.
On the morning of February 18th, officers received a call for suspicious subjects checking car doors in the Rogers Forge area. Officers arrived and arrested the suspects. Theft from/of vehicles has been a persistent issue, and we appreciate the assistance of the many eyes and ears in our communities.
Thank you for caring so much about your neighborhoods,
Jay
