Many in Towson were saddened when Strapazza closed its doors back in April. But a new place called Eatalian will apparently open soon in the same Allegheny Avenue location.
According to a sign in the window, the new spot will be a bistro/pizzeria/sliceria. It will apparently also serve alcohol. Last fall, the Baltimore County Liquor Board approved a liquor license transfer from the owner of Strapazza to Luigi Scotto Di Santolo, who owns Towson Hot Bagels, also known as THB.
The owners were not available for immediate comment, but we’ll post more when we get information about the opening date and other restaurant details.
