Baltimore County Police said today they now have video surveillance of the suspect in the sexual assault of a woman on York Road, near Dumbarton Road, on January 5.
They say the suspect was seen in the tape driving onto the parking lot of Central Presbyterian Church in the 7300 block of York Road around 7:15 p.m., parking what police said appears to be a silver Honda Accord. The suspect then jogged toward York Road, police said, where he approached the woman from behind and sexually assaulted her. He ran from the area of the assault back to his vehicle, police said, and at approximately 7:50 p.m. drove from the parking lot toward York Road. They don’t know if went north or south on York.
