Rachael Pacella of the Towson Times has a story today about Councilman David Marks’ recent resolution about future development along York Road in the Rodgers Forge area.
“I would argue that the York Road corridor just north of Baltimore City is one of the most attractive and stable areas in all of metropolitan Baltimore,” Marks told Pacella.
