Just in time for your holiday shopping, a new store called Love That has opened in Belvedere Square.
If you’re wondering how the store got its name, owner Fin Fox can explain.
“We carry all kinds of lovely items that will make you squeal with delight, ‘I love that!’ Jewelry, cards, scrumptious sweaters and baby things, vintage furniture and items that I find out and about,” said Fox, who opened the shop with manager and co-creator Lisa Sirota in September.
“We really want to create a space where people can open up to the possibility that life is much more than meets the eye. and through books and speakers we want to encourage others to think outside the box (their box), and open up to other perspectives and understandings about this human experience,” Fox said. “Love is our mission, people our passion! My idea was to bring the hippy and the preppy person together in one shop and learn from each other.”
Love That, at 521 E. Belvedere Ave., is open Monday-Thursday from 10 to 6; Friday-Saturday from 10 to 8; and Sunday from 10 to 5. (Hours may be extended in December to accommodate holiday shopping.) For more information, visit facebook.com/shoplovethat.
