The vacant Bosley Building at the intersection of Allegheny and Bosley avenues, formerly home to the Venable law firm, has been sold for $1.07 million.
Bob Neighoff, managing partner at Cicero Capital Partners, said his firm, which partnered with Chesapeake Real Estate Group on the deal, will spend about $1.75 million in renovations.
“It’s been empty since 2009, so there’s some maintenance that’s going to be needed,” Neighoff said, adding that the exterior might change, but not drastically. “The brick’s not going to change, but potentially the windows and entrance and landscaping could change.”
He said they hope to start leasing the offices next year. There are no plans to add any retail. The building is 25,000 square feet, he said, and has 67 parking spaces.
