When I first read this article I thought it was a new policy . It seemed odd that it would not be effective until September particularly since this is only March. Upon further scrutiny I noticed the article is dated September 1, 2016. Maybe the text of the article should have clarification on the effective date of the policy

The curfew is a great idea and must be strictly enforced regardless of any whining from the politically correct “police”.

There must have be a reason for this decision or it wouldn’t have been necessary to put it in place. If you can’t act like an adult then you shouldn’t be allowed.
