Baltimore County and Caves Valley are in negotiations to turn the historic Presbyterian Home, located in Towson’s Southland Hills neighborhood, into office space.
“Our theory is: Save the building as is, retrofit it for offices, leave the green space open,” said Arthur Adler, a partner at Caves Valley told The Baltimore Sun. “Hopefully, everybody’s happy.”
