Towson Row to pay more in open-space waiver fees

Larry Perl of The Baltimore Sun reports that the “deal was struck in late December and recently announced that the additional money will be paid to two community groups, the West Towson Neighborhood Association and the Greater Towson Council of Community Associations. The GTCCA will receive 80 percent of the new money and the West Towson association will receive 20 percent, said Carrie Cronin, president of the West Towson Neighborhood Association.” Read the full story here.
