Councilman David Marks posted on his Facebook page that: “According to Captain Landsman from the Towson precinct, there was a disturbance at Towson Town Center tonight that involved hundreds of youth and led to at least one police officer being hit by a rock. The situation has now been contained, but is cold comfort to those of us concerned about public safety and angry at what transpired. It is time to revisit the curfew policy at the mall and greatly increase the police presence in Downtown Towson, period.”
